The staff is so friendly and the office is so clean. They play music back in the exam rooms, which imo makes the atmosphere more relaxed. Hard to believe this is a CHC office. Of course, the dental work is great too haha. And the wait isn't bad at all.

I think that business should be discontinued with Hy-Vee stores. My family has been repeatedly humiliated at Hy-Vee due to mistakes in their systems. We would try to check out with with WIC eligible items (also proved by management) and their system would not remove the items. Examples are as simple as grapes, to Hy-Vee yogurt, to brown eggs. It's hard enough to be in a situation where you need assistance, but to also have to draw the excess attention.... It's just degrading! I really hope you consider this. We're already ashamed. Thank you.
Love the doctors but I can't deal with the scheduling, every time I call they are always 2 weeks out
