The store was very clean, staff was nice. it was difficult to chose the right puppy because they were all so cute.

Very disappointed. I bought my puppy in early June. The next day I took her to the vet and she had kennel cough. When my boyfriend called to let them know, the woman who answered the phone said "oh we know. She had three days of medicine left." They never once told us she was sick, or offered us the rest of her medication. We had to start medicine over. She is also not the breed they advertised. I purchased a dog DNA kit. She was supposed to be a German Shepherd Chocolate Lab mix, but turns on she has more Australian cattle dog than the other two combined. She is listed as 12.5% German Shepherd and 12.5% chocolate lab. Mixed 50%, Australian cattle dog 25%.

This place is awful. To start with I bought a dog and took her to the vet the next day. Found out that she had kennel cough. Which ya sucks. But things happen. So I called the store to warn them that some of their other dogs could have been infected. I was informed that the knew about it and had 3 days left with her meds. I was also told the her parents were German Shepard and Chocolate Lab. But after comments made at the local vet and dog park I decided to buy a DNA test. It showed that she was only 12.5% German Shepherd and 12.5% Chocolate Lab. 25% Austrian cattle dog as well as 50% mixed breeds that could not be identified. This is the best dog I have ever had. But this place is crooked as hell. Do not shop here.

Do not support this business. I love my dog, but terribly regret shopping here.

Unbelievable!!! I have never been so horrified to see the condition of animals in a pet store. The store itself was clean, but the animals were in very poor health. First thing I saw when I walked in was a ferret. She was in a cage full of feces, which was diarrhea and green, and she was shaking like she was very sick. Next was the puppies in the back. OMG... Again cages full of feces and the poor little German shepherd girl literally had thick green snot running out of her nose like a human child would have with a very bad cold. A Basset with an eye infection and several other very depressed and ill babies. Also 2 other pups stuck in a small rusty cage in the back behind the glass cages. Out of all of the cages, each with two pups, NONE had food or water. Also a sign posted on the cages that said it would cost $2 for every puppy you wanted to view out of its cage. Then a kitten no more than 8 - 10 weeks old in an enclosed glass caged with several adult Guinea Pigs. Next on the list was absolutely heart breaking. I came to another cage with a large white bird, I think a Macaw Parrot, which was missing a good portion of its feathers. It sat in its cage and tapped on the glass with its beak and scratched at the glass with its foot begging for interaction and affection. You could see the depression in the poor creatures eyes. This one was not for sale... Now on to the reptiles and arachnids. Again cages full of feces and depressed, sick animals. Then came the employee... A young and very "stoned" girl that looked like she couldn't even care for herself let alone any of these poor animals. I have read many of the reviews about this place and see that I'm not the only one who has encountered something very wrong with this place. I also can see that the owner likes to respond to the reviews and try to make his/her image better, but not this time. I have pics on my phone of the whole experience. I figured I had better so this couldn't be covered up.

Happenned upon this place by accident while out looking for Guinea Pigs for my daughter. They had the best selection in the area (9 males + 9 females at the time) and also had a great deal on different size starter kits. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable.
