Need more signs
This is an old structure with very narrow parking stalls and even narrower aisles to drive in. If a large pickup is parked on each side, one can barely get through the aisle. But I can handle all that. What I can't handle is their recently installed payment system. Someone from the City government is obviously on the take from the vendor. Instead of an easy ticket system, you have to remember your license plate number because they have plate readers going in and going out. Then you go to a payment kiosk when you get there and pay for your parking. Since you may not know how long you will be there, you have to purchase more time than is really needed. If you don't purchase enough time and drive out, I presume they send you a bill because their plate reader knows when you came in and out. Very confusing. Not a fan.
It's a parking ramp, i mean, what can be said.
As with most parking ramps, the spaces are quite narrow. But the location is convenient to most downtown venues & cost is reasonable. Once parked, make note of you license # and immediately go to a kiosk to pay. You can also download an app to use for payment.
