After multiple email exchanges between Milissa and Marisa, they ensure me to not worry and that they will take care of it. She said she will get her paralegal to draft up a small claims against the seller for a beach of contract. I was relieved to hear those comforting words to not worry. After weeks and weeks past, i have not heard back, my emails not returned. I have come to believe that words were just said with no intention to execute. I have closed many properties with Brooks law firm, but after this experience, I have made up my mind to stay away and go with another law firm. I am disappointed with this law firm.
