I would highly recommend triple checking anything you're given here... Our bad experience with this office was due to being mislead on our premiums. When switching from another insurance company we brought in all of our current information with rates to get something similar. After processing everything we were advised that the policies/coverage were the same, with the same premiums.

The staff were all very friendly aside from misinformation, so I cannot entirely ding them.
I can & will accept fault for not reading every single document, but when assured it was the same I trusted that. In the end, our home owners premium went up quite a bit, which we only found out once our mortgage was raised. We spoke with them and there was nothing that could be done. Ultimately we changed back to our previous company and saved money on both premiums & mortgage.
