Receptionist extremely rude. What did I do to deserve that? Yes I had the wrong facility but you don't HAVE TO BE RUDE.

Been going to Vera French for about 4 years, love my Dr to death he is amazing. Dr Stecker is his name. Just a warning to anyone about to start there the office nurse is a devilish woman who I believe gets off on messing with people. She has caused me to miss trips more then once by refusing to fill my scripts even past there due dates. She somehow gets away with what she does, I have 2 sisters she does this to as well, but other then that its a great office.
Hate the the 2 short notice appointment cancellation policy. It prevents you from scheduling future appointments with your assigned psychiatrist and instead forces you to go to the on call psychiatrist where the wait time is unpredictable.
DO NOT GO HERE.
I missed an appointment because I had just moved and it slipped my mind. I was out of one of my medications, but since I missed the appointment they refused to refill it and instead I had to go cold turkey and wait for over a week to get my prescribed medication. These guys don't care about you, it's simply business.
