Too top that all off she also took a personal phone call as she was cutting my hair.Would not recommend this location.
I have taken my son to this location only a couple of times and everytime they mess it up. This last time I was there was on 1/10/17 and it was the worst yet. I didnt notice until i got in my car. It was so bad I went back inside and asked for a refund. The stylist said I would have to wait for manager to come back for refund. I didn't want to wait because it was 8p. I left my number for manager. I called back the next day after work because I had not received a call from the manager. When I call the manager was not there. So I explain why I was calling and the lady rudely said the manager said she call me back in a day or two. I'm pretty sure it was the same stylist the messed my son hair up. I still have not received a call back or refund. Worst place ever.
Not very fond of the haircut I received a few times. Happy I have family that are barbers that know how to give a quality cut.
STAY AWAY! Went to this location the first time in the QC because I was in that part of town. I asked for two different hair lengths and the butcher just shaved my head with a buzzer and than to top it off it was uneven walking out of there. And the hairstylist told me it was a “cowlick” never had that problem before.
I love this place! Best service, and always so kind! They always talk to you and they remember you, when you come in! I've been going there for a while, and I love it! They always know that I just want a trim, and only enough that needs to come off, they ask me about my family, and how everything is going, they remember my name, and all! Wonderful people, and service!
