Worst service ever! They started in June on what was to be less than 2 weeks of work. They neglected to get the proper permits and the city shut down all construction for 3 weeks while Koehler argued that they had the permit. Then we find out they never bothered to turn in the application for the permit so they did not in fact have one. Then, when they finally got one, it was like pulling teeth to get them to come back and work. One day here and there but never 2 days in a row or even 2 in one week. We turn on the kitchen light and the porch light comes on too. We have now been waiting for nearly 3 months and they have yet to complete the job. Don't waste your money or time hiring this company.
I have worked with Koehler Electric on a few projects over the years, and they have always been fast, competitively priced, and of high quality. Would recommend to anyone.
