Called to set up apt for new patient, receptionist asked me if i take any meds, said yes, she said if its for pain they cant take me. Im taking a blood pressure med! Then asked me what insurance-which we have BCBS and Aetna. Really? Customer service horrid, wouldn't even take my sick dog to a place that treats you like that on a first encounter. They need some help on their customer service!!
Put me on hold for 4 minutes right away and then treated me like a peace of crap and wouldn't answer any of my questions before checking my insurance... I was discriminated against... There are hundreds of other places in the area do yourself a favor and call them
The receptionists are not knowledgeable about office procedure. I scheduled an appt for my son and then when I arrived was turned away because he needed a physical first. I spoke with the receptionist on three separate occasions because we live 45 min away!!!!! Had to take off work just to be turned away! We will be finding my son a new doctor!
